Common questions
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google. Open Settings on your device → your name/profile → Subscriptions → Board & Pieces → Cancel.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or open the Google Play app → menu → Orders & subscriptions.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your profile and your data permanently.
- I bought credits but they didn’t arrive
- Open Settings → Subscriptions → Restore purchases. That pulls any pending purchase from the store. If credits still don’t show up after a minute, write to us with your Apple receipt or Google order ID.
