Board & Pieces
A reason to sit down with the people near you.
In one paragraph
Board & Pieces puts the world’s great board games in one app: chess, tavla (backgammon), go, xiangqi, oware, bagh chal, hnefatafl, nine men’s morris, mū tōrere, patolli and wall go. Every game is played with real people, nearby or in groups, and never against a bot. Turns are asynchronous by default, so a game fits around the day instead of asking for an evening. Cafés and hotels can put a board on their tables, and anyone in the room can sit down. Board and Pieces is made by Mathome Yazılım Ltd. Şti. in Gebze, Türkiye, and is available on iOS and Android in 15 languages.
